Obituary for Alice F. Rinker (McClellan)

Alice F. Rinker, 82, of Bellwood, died Saturday, February 18, 2023 at her home.
She was born August 8, 1940 in Altoona, a daughter of the late George and Olive (Bice) McClellan.
On June 25, 1960, she married James L. Rinker in Winchester, Va., and he preceded her in death on Dec. 13, 2001.
Surviving are her son, Jim (Melanie) of Tyrone; a daughter, Debra Webb of Beaver Falls; four grandchildren, Brittany Webb, Courtney Kamler, Alanna Cramer and Alese Rinker; a great grandson, Colton; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, Cole Rinker; and 13 siblings, her twin, Ellis, Donald “Bub”, Carl, Paul “Gene”, William “Bill”, George, Wilbur “Pete”, Gerald, Ronnie, Robert "Bob", Annabelle, Naomi and Helen.
Alice was a graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School. She retired as a line operator at New Pig, Tipton, and also worked at Marianna’s Food, Tipton.
An avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, she also enjoyed flower gardening, baking, playing cards and
spending time on her computer, especially Facebook. Her greatest love was her children and grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 5 to 7pm, Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023 at Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Inc. Bellwood. A funeral service will be held at 7pm, Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Blair Memorial Park, Antis Township.
The family suggests that contributions in Alice’s memory be made to Central PA Humane Society, Altoona.
