Obituary for Harold R. Youngkin

Harold R. Youngkin, 82, of Hollidaysburg, formerly of Bellwood, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 23, 2022 at his home, due to Covid 19 illness.
He was born December 10, 1939 in Akron, Ohio, a son of the late Clyde Richard and Emma Mabel (Hanlon) Youngkin. On Jan. 21, 1968, he married Frances Ann Wolfkill in Altoona.
Surviving are his wife; two children, Stephanie (John) Bonsell of Woodbridge, Va. and John (Jackie) of Flinton; four grandchildren, Travis, Jenny, Kate and Curtis; a great-grandchild, Arya; and a brother, Raymond. He was preceded in death by siblings, Denzel, Richard and Catherine.
Harold was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served for six years. He retired as a line operator at PPG Industries Tipton, after 30 years of service. He was a member of First Church of God, Altoona.
Harold enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting, and spending time in his puzzle room doing puzzles.
A memorial service will be held at 2pm, Friday, October 28, 2022 at First Church of God, Altoona with Pastor Dale DiBernardinis officiating.
