Jesse L. Adams, 69, of Tyrone, died Wednesday evening, June 15, 2022 at Embassy of Hearthside, State College. He was born July 23, 1952 in Duncansville, son of the late Lawrence and Vivian (Caswell) Adams.
On Nov. 15, 1969, he married Julia J. Noel at Tyrone Assembly of God Church parsonage.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, Jesse L., Jr. (Penny) of Juniata and Charles B. (Amanda) of Tipton; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Lawrence Adams, Jr.; and four sisters, Frances Adams, Helen Lee, Judy Dransman and Jane Blazer. He was preceded in death by a sister, Linda.
He was a veteran of the US Army serving during the Vietnam Era and retired as a private contract truck driver.
He was a member of Bonner/Sollenberger American Legion Post 456, Williamsburg.
Jesse enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.
A gathering to celebrate Jesse’s life will be held at 7pm, Tues. June 21, 2022 at Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Inc. Bellwood. Friends will be received from 5pm until the 7pm celebration of life on Tuesday at the funeral home.

The family suggests that contributions in Jesse’s memory be made to Bonner/Sollenberger American Legion Post 456, Williamsburg, PA
