Obituary for Michael H McKnight
Michael H. McKnight, 45, of Bellwood died unexpectedly Thursday evening, January 12, 2023 at his home.
He was born December 8, 1977 at Tyrone Hospital, a son of Charles H. and Ada L. (Smith) McKnight.
Surviving are his parents of Antis Township; two daughters, Mikaela and Bailey; a grandson, Westen; and a sister, Jessica L. Mash of Altoona.
He was a 1996 graduate of Bellwood-Antis High School and was employed as a machine mechanic at American Eagle Paper Mills, Tyrone.
He enjoyed collecting and shooting guns, attending concerts and meeting celebrities. He also enjoyed working on his cars and connecting with his many friends on Facebook. Mike’s greatest love were his children, grandson and family, and the special bond he shared with his sister.
Friends will be received from 2 to 7pm, Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2023 at Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Inc. Bellwood. A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of his family. Interment will be at Antis Cemetery, Antis Township.
